Presentation is one of business tasks that can’t be avoided. Definition of presentation based on Oxford dictionary is:

The giving of something to someone, especially as part of a formal ceremony.

A speech or talk in which a new product, idea, or piece of work is shown and explained to an audience.

In addition, definition of presentation on Wikipedia is:

A presentation is the process of presenting a topic to an audience. It is typically a demonstration, introduction, lecture, or speech meant to inform, persuade, inspire, motivate, or to build good will or to present a new idea or product.[1] The term can also be used for a formal or ritualized introduction or offering, as with the presentation of a debutante. Presentations in certain formats are also known as keynote[2] address.

In this article, I just want to share some tips on how to create a presentation. These tips are based on my experiences. These pictures below are prepared by Inkspace application.

For detail information regarding information design and infographic are below:

Information design is the practice of presenting information in a way that fosters efficient and effective understanding of it. The term has come to be used specifically for graphic design for displaying information effectively, rather than just attractively or for artistic expression. Information design is closely related to the field of data visualization and is often taught as part of graphic design courses.

Infographic is the visual representation of information or data, e.g. as a chart or diagram.

Here are some tools or sources that can improve the presentation:
